Time dulu dgn skg dah lain, local employee benefits in BLUE byk dah kena potong, expense claim kena control giler2. Not worth getting into. I guess u were not there when the whole employee and manager stormed the MD's office asking for the 13th mth salary not to be taken out. I passed all that and I feel that the managment should have done something better.

Btw I got that job with M3enegy, but I had been honest with the Sr.GM and he knows that I drive for something more personal and close at heart So if ada rezeki instead of joining them as Procurement Manager I may partner with them, don't ask how I manage to change a normal interview into a business pitch. So being honest I politely declined and he understood the reasons why. We sorta click because he understood why I needed to be on my own.He said I reminded him of him but passing 45's it too late for him. For now I'm waiting for my business plan to jalan.So try plan A dulu, if x boleh buat plan B. Yang pasti keep on working on that dream job.

Bab control expense claim tu, mmg aku sokong gila2. Masa aku manager kat Kemaman dulu, terlalu ramai yang menipu company dengan submitting double claim especially on meal allowance. Claim both daily meal allowance and at the same time makan kat kat hotel semua charge ke bilik. So, they all patut have a stricter measure in claims sbb bukan semua employee ikhlas bekerja.

Bab 13 months bonus tu, kalau betul they took it out, then mmg tak patut lah. Did they swap with performance bonus (PIP) in March? Mmg masa oil price down hari tu, they all slash out on many employees. Ramai ex crew aku yang mengadu kat aku walaupun aku dah join company lain. Nak tak nak, Is till spoke to the current managers in BLUE and dapatlah menyelamatkan a few of my outstanding crew. Double standard pun meleluasa kat company BIRU tu. But it happens to all these big global companies lah. Sini pun boleh tahan juga. Kalau nasib tak baik, sure kena but berserah kepada Allah. rezeki datang dari Dia. Kita kerja je lah dgn ikhlas dan tekun.

The only reason why the 13 mth salary is back to normal is that one of the employee brought that to the industrial court lawyers, so bukan dia bagi out of free will la bro, pasal kena paksa. You can't take away something that has been regular practise for the last 30 years of the company's existence in Malaysia. The can't do it unless they terminate the 300 odd expat population first and send them home baru boleh justiy removing it. Btw their expenses number close to RM10M every month on rental, utility, schools, clubs and transport. Compared to the 13mth salary for 1200 local employee, it cost the company 1 month aja. My pay now also x tentu boleh byr the Operations Manager's apartment rental. Tu belum rental for MD and CFO level lagi.

bab tu mmg aku sokong sangatlah. Mmg tak patut tarik that 13th month bonus especially all the expats are putting in claims for even digging their own nose. They claim that is their entitlement. Hahahah.
